Medical Data Analytics (MDA), a division of Market Certitude, LLC and located in Parsippany, NJ, is a health care consulting firm specializing in retrospective and prospective observational health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies. We have unparalleled experience in chart abstraction studies conducted in the US and international markets across numerous therapeutic areas and treatment settings.
We have an excellent opportunity for Project Leader, HEOR to assume client and project responsibilities. The successful candidate will participate in all study phases from proposal development through data analysis and reporting.
Specific responsibilities include:
Participation in proposal development and contribution to study design through consultation with internal team and clients.
Statistical analysis plans utilizing industry standard health economic and statistical techniques, including development of study protocols, reports, manuscripts, and presentations of study findings
Generation of value messages for incorporation into project deliverables, publications and presentations
Conduct literature reviews, perform statistical analyses, participate in developing model structure, program models and perform sensitivity analyses and validation exercises
Collaboration with other support staff and project leads to support the research functions that bring high quality proposals, reports, deliverables, presentations, and other milestones to fruition

Ideal candidate will have:
Ph.D., Pharm.D., MD, MPH, or relevant advanced education and/or experience in health services research, epidemiology, health policy, economics or related field.
Extensive experience in health outcomes research using medical chart review method is strongly preferred.
Strong study design and analytical skills are required.
Proficiency with one or more statistical applications (SAS, SPSS, Stata) and clinical background is a plus.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Managed care, PBM, pharmaceutical, or related experience is a plus.
