Description

The CPS Health Equity and Systems Thinking Pharmacy Fellowship program may be a great choice for you. Our program provides a unique opportunity for graduates to work in a forward-thinking, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment while furthering their skill sets. The fellowship is aimed to position our graduates to improve health equity through advocacy, recognition of systems thinking, and adoption of community resources/partnerships to improve chronic conditions. We believe that reducing health disparities and improving health literacy should be a priority of pharmacy practice.

Curious about what sets the CPS fellowship apart from other programs? Take a look at some key highlights:
-We offer evidence-based training to build a deeper understanding of social determinants of health and health disparities to improve care for society's most vulnerable patients.
-Fellows receive didactic training in health equity and systems thinking, as well as hands-on application with direct patient care.
- Position your next career move with an important, highly employer-sought, real-world skill set with both cultural and linguistic competencies.
- You'll have the opportunity to pave the way for and advocate change in both pharmacy curriculum and practice that include education and strategies to drive health equity.
- Access to pharmacy experts and a plethora of resources from an industry leader with a sizeable U.S. footprint when it comes to employing pharmacists and providing pharmacy consulting services.
